Privacy Notice

This privacy notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit the websites of Lui's Studio: www.lui-studio.net and the team websites cookiesoft.lui-studio.net, cookiecam.lui-studio.net and cookiestyle.lui-studio.net. In short: our websites do not use cookies, tracking or analytics, and they do not load any content from third parties.

1. Controller

2. Hosting and server log files

Our websites are hosted by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. Every time a page is accessed, the web server automatically records the following information in log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of the request
• Requested page or file and the HTTP status code
• Amount of data transferred
• Website from which the request came (referrer)
• Browser and operating system used (user agent)

This data is required to deliver the websites and to ensure their security and stability, for example to detect and fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the websites. The log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless further storage is required as evidence of a specific security incident. The hosting provider processes this data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions (Art. 28 GDPR).

3. No cookies, tracking or third-party content

Our websites do not set cookies and do not store or read any information on your device. We do not use analytics or tracking tools, advertising or social media plugins. Fonts, images and all other files are delivered from our own server, so no data is transmitted to third parties when a page loads. We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling.

4. Links to other websites

Our websites contain links to websites of other providers. Data is only transmitted to these providers once you follow such a link. From then on, their privacy policies apply.

5. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you provide (such as your e-mail address, your name and the content of your message) in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or to pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR otherwise; our legitimate interest lies in answering requests addressed to us. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention periods apply.

6. Encryption

For security reasons, our websites use TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by "https://" in the address bar of your browser.

7. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• obtain information about the data we process (Art. 15 GDPR),
• have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
• have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR),
• have the processing restricted (Art. 18 GDPR),
• receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR),
• lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
